Exercise, exercise, drink lots of water, eat healthy. There is no easy fix. But I have tried the shape wear from Victoria’s Secret, it’s only like $20 and it makes you look like you lost about 10 pounds! I love them!

take it slow. everyday, cut back on one more fatty food. like instead of the chocolate bar, get the granola bar. exercise daily. keep the dress u plan to wear in view. it’ll be motivation to fit into it. its all about control

Ok my first tip is to eat only fruits, vegetables, chicken and beef for 4 days to lose 17-19 pounds. Another way is to exercise from about 2-3 hours a day or more.

Eat less, exercise more. That’s what any weight loss that works boils down to.

Simple steps to help: stop drinking anything with calories (excluding skim milk: that’s low calorie, low fat, and has calcuim and vitamin D you really want). If you drink flavored waters, check to be sure there’s no added sugar — lots have nearly as many calories as soda! Many people have no idea the amount of calories they take through sodas, smoothies, shakes, etc. Cut ’em all out.

Don’t eat sauces or soups you can’t see through (translucent is good enough). Creamy sauces and soups are high in fat. Clear or translucent sauces and broths are usually lower fat.

Focus on eating vegetables first, then fruit, then whole grains. Vegetables are low calorie and high fiber and nutrition; if you fill up on healthy stuff, you have less room to crave and munch on high calorie and fatty foods.

Get some exercise every day. Get out and walk around the block for half an hour, as long as your breath and heartrate pick up and you feel like you’ve worked at the end of it, you’re good.

It’s going to take a lot of personal determination to pull this off… But you can 🙂

Try watching your calories AND carb intake. Many people tend to watch just one or the other, but cutting back in both will help build good habits that will KEEP you trim long after you’ve lost the weight.

Excercise! Go to the Y and stay on an elliptical or treadmill until you burn at LEAST 500-700 callories- Make a daily habit of it.

If you need your sweets and/or salt, find healther/lower fat alternatives.

For instance- Diet soda’s, or Coke 0 (with Splenda instead of aspartame, doesn’t taste quite as bad) have no calories or carbs and can get rid of the sweets yen.
Ring-pops and charms Blow-pops are very low in calories as well, and take a long time to finish!

If you like spiciness, Hot sauce has nearly no calories, and no carbs.
I LIVED on chicken breast and Franks hot sauce for a month, (sauteed in olive oil, and coated in the sauce, it was a much healthier version of buffalo wings! Just skip the ranch)
and I could do it again to lose weight if I needed too! 🙂

Balsamic vinegar is also an excellent low-fat low-carb dressing for salads that is quite flavorful.

Just keep your goal in site! And have fun at Prom!

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
