How can I loose a few pounds healthily so that the weight stays off?

I’ve been a little stressed and the weight has suddenly crept on! How can I loose this quickly and healthily?

Any healthy eating advice – cheap good eating plan – no I am not going to starve myself!

Would you recommend any eating replacements?

    keep your food the same…and walk two miles a day……..an eliminate salt……..healthy and pretty quick………..

    You need to stay in touch with reality and focus on what you wish to achieve, rather than procrastinate about your weight problems. Don`t focus of how difficult is for you to lose weight or how much you have to lose. Thinking about it won’t help losing it. Stop thinking, and start acting!
