How can i (a girl) gain muscle weight without gaining fat?

I’d like to gain muscle weight without gaining fat, but being a relatively small teenage girl (5’2, 113 lbs), I obviously don’t want to have bulging muscles or anything, just more toned with some muscle. How would I go about doing this?
