Getting rid of a little fat; fat loss or muscle building program?
I’m not fat, but I do have a little bit of a belly that is noticeable whenever I sit down (comes over the edge of my pants) that I’d like to get rid of. I’m wondering if, in my case, it makes more sense to get on a fat loss program or a muscle building program.
I’m a 19 year old male.
