For effective fat loss should I do cardio first and then ab workouts afterwards or do abs first and cardio 2nd?
I know that thermogenesis has a little bit to do with it. However, which form of fat burn in the ab area would be most effective? Ab workouts first and then do cardio right afterwards or do the ab workouts first and then do the cardio right afterwards?
