Does anyone have any idea how I can lose weight quickly and keep it off?
I weigh 215 and my BMI is over 30… I’ll be 15 in about a week and my doctor says im supposed to be at least 130… Can anyone help me and give me tips on this issue?

lose weight quickly……not a good idea….you’ll gain it all back plus some.
It’s simple…….eat less calories than you burn. I would suggest joining weight watchers. It will really educate you on how to be healthy without eating rabbit food. Good luck hon!
