Nothing, but exercise and a good diet. You need to ask a doctor not Yahoo answers…

EXERCISE don’t eat after six and stay away from breads and potato’s. Don’t starve yourself as that doesn’t work. STOP EATING ALL THE TIME. best to eat a real good breakfast snack small lunch snack and dinner. Spread that out of course and good luck.

Oh and stop drinking soda, stick to water and take vitamin’s

hey hun, the best way to lose weight is to eat a healthy diet.
avoid foods like pasta, potatoes, bread these are all starchy foods. look for foods that are below 5g of saturated fat and if you can only eat foods that have a trace of fat.
drink plenty of water in a day. if you cant go to the gym buy yourself a pedometer and set yourself a hoal to walk so many steps a day!!

you dont need a gym to brisk walk 30 minutes a day…just stay away from desserts, alcohol, carbonated drinks, fastfoods & junkfoods…

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7
p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your
initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your diet is
still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

try Atkins. it really works. or try low calorie diet. basically eat less calories than your body needs for a day. have smaller portions of food. if your body needs 1500 calories, eat 1000 calories a day. your body will have a defecit of 3500 calories per week which will result in a weight loss of 1 to 2 lbs per week.
if you want fast weight loss, atkins might suit you better. read abt it n see if you like it. i’ve tried it, hubby tried it. both lost 10- 15 lbs in 3 weeks.

go on a diet- consult your doctor first and you’ll find out which one’s most suited to you
just do like 5mins of exercise each morning, eg sit ups and stretches, everything helps so when ever you have the slightest bit of free times do a bit of exercise
    here’s some examples:
-do some star jumps whilst running your bath
-do some sit ups when your putting the kettle on

this sounds remarkable but laughing loses a lot of calories
go to a comedy show or something and lose some calories!

i hope you have a great wedding day! 🙂

Eat when you are hungry. Stop when you are full. Don’t eat when you’re bored, upset, emotional, stressed, etc. The key is will power. If you only eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full, you’ll be eating probably every 2 to 3 hours and much smaller amounts than you eat now. This isn’t easy at first, but once you get in the habit, it’ll get easier. And one less cookie is worth it when you see a skinnier person in the mirror. Find something else to do when you are bored/stressed/whatever your trigger is. Whether it’s reading a book, taking a walk, focusing on your wedding plans, etc. Good luck!

aw wow.. first of all.. congrats on getting married you lucky lady!

Right.. I was 17 stone… and I done this Miami heart diet..

But there are a few things you gotta note about it first..

It is a 3 day diet ONLY ! If you follow the diet.. for the three days.. (and depending on your matabolism) you will up to 10ibs the week you do the 3 day diet!

After it, do not over eat… and dont continue to do the diet!

You could maybe do the diet every month or so..

But the best thing about this diet is that (if you have a problem with over eating) it will decrease the amount your stomach will take in..

so you won’t be tempted to over eat!

    Good Luck..

    and have a fantastic wedding!

After that diet, I lost 6 stone, on 11 months!!

But don’t expect too much, and don’t become obsessed!

    Plenty of walking too!!!! =]

And also.. get some friends round and buy a cheap work out dvd and have a laugh! Dance doing the housework!!

    It’s great!!!

Right I’m gonna stop talking now!!

    haha

    xxxxxxx

    Here’s some weight loss tip’s:

    – Exercise 6 to 7 days a week.

    – And try to break your workout into two different sessions, this gives your metabolism a jolt.

    – Drink 6 to 8 cups of water a day. And try to drink ice cold water, it burns more calories.

    – Take enough vitamins, especially ones that promote weight loss (such as 1800 mg. of Fish Oil, Vitamin B Complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, ect. Do your research).

    – Drink green tea or take green tea pills ( it’s been shown to speed up your metabolism).

    – For your metabolism’s sake, eat within 1 hour of waking up and don’t eat 3 hours before you go to bed.

    – Try a vegan or vegetarian diet (it worked for me :D).

    – Drink 12 oz. of warm lemon water (use the juice of 1/2 a lemon) with a little sea salt every morning. This will detoxify your body and make your skin look amazing.

    – Or, if giving up meat just isn’t your thing, just count calories. Try to have around 1200 a day.

    – Try to avoid white, bleached, or enriched flour.

    – Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils.

    – Eat every 2 to 4 hours to keep your metabolism going.

    – Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up.

    – Try to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep. When your body is deprived of sleep your appiteite increases by 15%.

    – Sugar and artificial sweeteners are the devil. If you have a sweet tooth, grab some fruit.

    – Avoid all junk food, fast food, and fried food.

    – Try only drinking water, tea, and black coffee. There are so many hidden calories in drinks.

    – Eat whole grain foods and healthy fats (like olives, avacados, nuts, ect) and stay away from refined or “bad” carbs.

drink water, water and more water…

    drink green tea

    http://www.davidhayden.com/blog/dave/archive/2005/09/02/2448.aspx

drink V8 Juice (i think you can get V8 in the UK, can’t you?)

stop eating fast foods completely if at all possible

cut back as much as possible, or stop eating all sugar… soft drinks, and alcohol

try to cut out as much fat grams as possible

but you have to feed your body so it doesn’t store fat, so nurish it often, several times a day with sensible foods… vegetables, raw or steamed, lean meats, and a few fruits… remember fruits have a lot more sugar than vegetables

snack on raw vegetables, and V8 Juice during the day between sensible meals if you get hungry… don’t starve yourself, just snack on good things

and exercise if you have time… park a little further so you have to walk a bit further, or take a longer walk home if you ride the train… just walking an extra five minutes a day will help… or jump in place or walk a staircase… anything to raise your heartbeat for a few minutes

Good Luck, you can do it:)

Let’s see, avoid sugar! I lost a lot of weight just by not eating anything with sugar in it. Also, make sure to get proper nutrition. Eat lots of fish, chicken, nuts, eggs, low fat cheese, fiber, etc. Only drink water. Take a vitamin and check out the super berry – Acai. It is loaded with antioxidants and will help you get the proper nutrition and this will help with any cravings.

Exercise is cumulative so workout for 5-10 mins in the morning and at night – nothing fancy just run in place, jumpin jacks, or the like.

You can do it! Good luck!!

I strongly recommend weight watchers. Also a few lifestyle changes that will help you along, low fat milk, diet drinks only, low fat crisps and butter.

But there is absolutely no substitute for exercise! Walk to the shop instead of driving. Try cycling to work, take the stairs not the lift, always take the more difficult option physically. Like try to eliminate things that make it easy for us not to do physical work!

The tips in Weight Watchers for earning bonus points are well worth sticking to!!!

Low fat foods are an absolute must! Eat fruit when you’re peckish! Have water instead of a bar, often your body gets confused between hunger and thirst.

Saturated fats are your worst enemy!!!!!
