Why Am I Not Gaining Muscle as Fast as I Want To?
I’m only 15 and turning 16 in March, so I know I’m not “fully grown” just yet. Anyways I really want to get some more muscle for swimming. I’ve been using that Iron Gym pull up bar, and yeah it works but I don’t seem to be gaining enough muscle. It takes time, yeah, but is the reason why im not gaining enough muscle because I’m still developing?

cause gaining muscle is hard work and is a slow process
if youre really serious about putting on muscle, you need a good weight lifting routine to follow ( a pull up bar alone is nearly enough, no matter what the commercial says ) and you need a real good diet high in protein and complex carbs. The right diet is half the battle with trying to putting on muscle.

Just get two weights at least ten pounds and lift it everyday (at the very least). Its not about how intense and hard you work on one day, but its more or so about if you continue on a daily basis. A good diet is also important,if your skinny you have to actually work harder by having a good diet, you know balance of protien, fat, calcium, good nutrients yada yada.
If you are a tiny bit chunky when you started working out (like me), its a bit easier because all I had to do was sculpt myself (still in the proccess actually).

You just answered your own question. Muscles on guys under the age of 16 are not fully developed yet. You cannot enlarge muscles that haven’t completely developed. Give it more time. Don’t worry about stuff you have no control over. Life is not always the way it’s supposed to be. It’s just the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.
