How should I diet if i want to lose fat but keep gaining muscle?

I lift weight and i have some muscle on me, but i cant seem to lose my belly fat. I dont really diet but i would like to start. I know that to lost fat you have to lose fat all around the body but i would just like to know what kind of diet would be best. thanks

You might think about trying this book called “The Movie Star Diet” by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn’t think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

IF U WORK OUT, WHY DONT U JUST TURN THAT FAT INTO MUSCLE…

eat tons of protein and eat like 5 times a day. You’ll be burning all the fat while you’re working out. Also, if you’re working on different parts of the body every day you need to work on the stomach every single day in order to for you tone it down and get a six pack.

Have a high protein diet. I have friends even take 20 egg white a day just to increase the building of muscles. As for belly fat, you would have to add some cardio exercise in your current exercise regime.

Wake up @ 5:45 and run from 6:00 – 6:30 (or 45). Before u leave, eat 2 bananas and drink half a bottle of water. When you feel hungry, drink water before and then eat sum grilled chicken and seasoned/steamed vegetables. Before u sleep, eat another banana or sum melon. And repeat. Email me if u want more help and details.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

First of all, protect your bones by not overdoing the proteins. Protein overload can cause osteoporosis, and years from now you don’t want to look back at what you are doing now with regrets.

Second, make sure you are getting supplemental leucine, because it is essential for the results you are seeking. It is an essential amino acid that the body cannot create or store, so ask yourself the following question: Is it in you?

Take this hint: erasing the midsection overlap is not just a matter of dieting. Take in a deep breath; slowly release the breath and force the excess air out of your lungs until you can feel your abs contract. Repeat often and do as many reps as you can. Some folks with asthma, and those who smoke or live in a place where second hand smoke or other environmental pathogens are present may have some difficulty getting to the point where the abs contract, but if these don’t apply to you, you may be surprised by the results this simple exercise can bring. I don’t have a source for that one. I just know it works. Also, you don’t have to have any equipment with you, so you can do it anywhere.

Email me for more information if you want to.

I used to eat a lot due to my working nature and I also hate rigorous exercises. Surely soon I started to get annoyed with my big pot belly. Luckily a friend of mine told me this very good site that I found really helpful. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before… I am now eating healthily although still eat junk occasionally :). Nervertheless, it really works, try it!

Here is fastest and healthiest way to lose weight. And, the best thing about it is that it’s easy, delicious and you feel the best ever (mentally, emotionally and physically).

Eat a RAW PLANT-BASED diet and the weight practically melts off (even eating a High Raw diet will greatly help). You will feel better than you ever have in your life (mentally, physically, and emotionally).

For starters, eliminate dairy from your diet. Yes, it’s easy (check out the resources I list below).

Then, eliminate animal products in general. Meanwhile start eating a High or All Raw diet. This is proven so many times to be the healthiest cuisine in the world and people LOVE it. It’s a lifestyle and once you’re on it, you never want to get off. Truly.

Now, for building muscle…the only way the human body can build muscle is by working out (lifting weights).

    Cheers!
