What is the best way to lose weight in your thighs?
For some reason all of my weight goes to my thighs but the rest of my body is thin. Is there a way to shrink the size of thighs better. Also I could lose extra weight still.

The pattern for losing weight is easy – eat less and exercise more – the difficulties surface when we really try to put that into operation! There are plenty of stumbling blocks out there don’t you think?! You can not ‘spot reduce’. Meaning, you cannot lose fat in a particular part of the body. It has to be an overall process.
