What will help me lose weight fast?
I just wanna lose some of my baby weight as people keep asking me if i am pregnant again but i am not i have done test and i am just sick of it … please help me.

    Is you are NOT nursing a baby then drop your calorie intake to 1000 (though 1200 is better) and walk for 20 to 30 minutes a day. If you drop below 1000 you body thinks it is starving and will slow your metabolism down so that you will not lose quickly.

    Drop the refined sugars and flours, reduce fat intake and eat good fruits, veggies and lean meats.
