What causes fat loss breakthrough….constant movement(moving around) or working out until muscle failure?
Pair #1 :Such as moving around the house, getting up and down, etc.
Pair #2 : or hitting the weights very hard until you can’t do another rep, and doing push ups until you can’t do any more.
Which pair of the two exercises will cause a flatter stomach? I need as many answers as possible. Thanks.

cardio workouts help you burn more calories and fat…such as walking, jogging, swimming, bike ridding etc…..just moving around the house wouldnt do a whole lot though unless you are like running around your house or doing workout videos lol

for your stomach you should do sit-ups also try finding something heavy and keep it against you stomach while you go up and down. and one more thing when you get to a point where you cant do more stop for like 10-20 seconds then keep on going and take it easy you never want to push your self then just stop because this can actually loss muscle doing this you must push yourself then slow down rest-slow down rest-slow down rest- untill you can do like 10 without felling a burning in your stomach

Option 1 will get rid of the fat (in time) around the stomach, option 2 will tone.
Actually option 2 will probably result in muscle damage. Don’t go until your muscles fail; go until you can’t do another rep with good form. Never push through a rep with bad form. You’re more likely to get injured.
The best bet is to do crunches and strength training along with cardio.
