I AM 5’11 and weigh 185 pounds i want to loose about ten pounds and need advice on how to do this i eat fairly healthy and run daily what else can i do to loose weight fast!!!
i am not over weight just want to be more lean

lift weights on 3 alternate days and calorie shift your meals in addition to your running..you gotta do this your whole life so that the weight never comes back…

Don’t be delusional, firstly. You won’t lose more than two pounds per week, and that is pushing it. People who seem to instantaneously drop pounds are doing so unhealthily. Eat low calorie, low fat foods and go for a run every other day. Maybe join a gym. Don’t rush things.
