Is is possible to lose fat without losing weight?
I’ve been watching what I’ve been eating for the last two weeks and doing cardio exercises three times a week. According to the scale, I’m still at the same weight I was when I started, although my face looks leaner (I don’t have a double chin any more). Is it possible to lose fat without losing weight? I don’t think that it could be muscle, because I haven’t been doing strength training. What’s going on?
