Work out and have a healthy diet. You’ll grow strong muscles.

A beer belly… cut out the beer and its just a belly.
Slow down on the beer perhaps or give it up, but its not easy so maybe move to light beer and slowly work it down lower.

Do cardio exercise every day and be consistent. (Treadmill)
Eat properly, cut down on alcohol (very important)
Make sure to eat smaller meals throughout the day.

Upper body fat is caused by high amounts of insulin. You’re stuffing yourself with crap, sugary foods.

try doing some abs and push up. Do about a 100 of each every day. It really works.

The answer is fairly simple, if you want to loose fat around your waist the only way to do it is through exercise – you need a combination of aerobic and weight training.
First of all, you need to understand the basic fundamental of BMR, or Basal Metabolic Rate. This is the number of calories your body needs to keep you alive, at total rest – that means to take care of your body functions like breathing, your heart beat etc., This depends on your age primarily, and your muscle mass.
To lose weight, you need to ensure two things – that you eat enough food to supply you calories to take care of your BMR
then, you need to burn more calories than you consume. So if your BMR is say 1500 calories, you need to consume at least 1500 calories. After that any exercise you do, the energy will come from burning fat.
With this fundamental in mind, you need to do Aerobic training and weight training both. Aerobic training should be done in the fat burning zone, for at least 20 – 25 minutes every day. Weight training should target increasing your muscle mass – One Kg add of muscle mass will burn 60 more calories per day when your body is at rest (increase in BMR).
You need to combine the exercise with a balanced diet – minimum fat (fat can be from sources such as dry fruits but very little oil in your diet) and the proportions of carbs to proteins as required by your work out routine.
The best way is to join a good gym where you have a personal trainer to take you through this.
Remember you cannot lose weight only by dieting – if the body does not get enough nutrition from food (as in the case of a diet) it starts breaking down muscle as well.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

A year ago, if someone told me that I would be happy with my weight in just over a month I would have laughed. Losing 30 pounds seemed so incredibly daunting – I was completely terrified of the process and thought I was destined for failure, so I never bothered trying. I was so completely scared of losing weight and the major change that it included. I’d tried things in the past, but nothing worked for me. I thought I was destined to have the extra weight on forever.
I tried a weight loss program and was shocked to discover what an impact my hormones could have on my weight! Carefully following their special regimen, I was shocked to see how much weight I lost in a month. I was nearly at my goal weight already! They taught me exactly how to eat and control my diet, what to eat, when to eat, how to prepare it and how to think about food. Their fabulous system completely changed my life – I’ve never been happier with my weight, and I’ve never been able to think about food and the way I eat normally, and now I’m totally happy. I love my new body, and I am finally confident.
If you want to lose some weight, it is not necessary to take natural weight loss pills and supplements. The ugly side effect from taking weight loss pills may outweigh the benefit. The whole idea of a successful weight loss program is to approach it in a realistic manner without compromising your overall health.
