If I diet and excersise to lose weight, will my arms automatically lose fat?

I have heard that it is like impossible to lose arm fat, but i am doing cross trainer, shake weight, running and sit ups, would this make my arms toned ?

I also have 1.5 kg dumbbells, what exercises could i do with these ?

First off, please, never use the word ‘like’ that way in a sentence when you type. Ever.
    Thankyou.

Second of all, your arms will only lose fat and gain muscle if you perform exercises that use the arm muscles, such as lifting weights. Situps or running will not aid your arms.

Check the site in the Sources, they have LOTS of exercises to do with weights.

NEVER diet, healthy eating is the key, TIP: eat a small bowl of salad before every mean exept breakfast, try and do some push ups, hold the bumbbells in you hand one in each and hold them out away from each other so ou make an l shape with you left handand an back-to-frount l shape with the other hand, and ring them close together slowly and steadyly, will also help with your breasts, runnying will help when you move your hands for speed, sorry thas all i can help :L x

Doing those exercises, most of the body fat lost will be from your thighs and abs. So I would say that is not a good way to target your arms for toning. From what I understand, you only want to tone your arms, not gain mass, so I recommend lightweight, high rep training doing exercises such as Dumbbell Curls for biceps, Dumbbell Kickbacks for triceps, Wrist Curls and Reverse Wrist Curls for forearms. Do 5 sets of 16 reps for each exercise. However, using a 1.5 kg (approximately 3 lbs) dumbbell is probably a bit to light of a weight to make any noticeable difference in your physique, even just for toning the muscles, so I think you should use a weight from 4.5 kg-9 kg (10-20 lbs). Add this to your training program, be sure not to overtrain, get one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight per day, and within 6 weeks I think you will begin to see a satisfing difference in the mirror. I hope this helps.

Carry a palm-size notebook everywhere you go for one week. Write down every single morsel that enters your lips — even water. Studies have found that people who maintain food diaries wind up eating about 15 percent less food than those who don’t.

Every part of your body will lose at least some fat when you lose weight.

There are several ways to lose arm fat. And if you lose weight in general and that is an area where fat tends to situate itself on your body when you GAIN weight, it will probably also be a place where you will see it diminish if you LOSE weight. A good way to gain a little more self confidence about your arms is to tone them, and it sounds like you are on the right track. My personal suggestion is vinyasa yoga. You are always using your arms: doing down dog, warrior, inversions, and the million sun salutations you will end up doing in just a 60 minute class, plus it is great at toning your whole body, but I can definitely say I have seen improvement in arm flab from yoga class.
