How to lose weight around middle section?

I am one of those people who when they can weight they tend to gain it from the stomach up. What is the best way to lose fat from stomach, arms, back, and breast? I am not really over weight but I would like to get a handle on it so I don’t look like a marshmallow on toothpicks.

    Midsection weight is the unhealthiest to have; it generally comes from a combination of genetics and a poor diet. Cut out any saturated fat in your diet–at least try to cut down on animal fats. Replace them with healthy fats and oils like olive, safflower, and coconut (which isn’t the heart-stopper they used to tell us it was). Eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits and good quality, lean proteins like the ones in fish or brown rice & black beans (the combo of rice and beans makes a complete protein). And exersize!

    It is hard to target just certain area’s and lose fat there and not other places. That is just where your body stores fat. So as you lose fat it will come off mostly evenly from everywhere there is stored fat. Then there might be a “trouble area” that is the last to lose fat. but this would also be the first to gain if it came back. The best way to lower your % of body fat is Diet & Exercise in that order. If you exercise but eat bad then it would not be as benifical as eating right and not exerciseing as much. But for the best results eat right and do cardio workouts. Minimum workouts is 20 min every other day. And diet does not mean starve yourself. Eat healthy meals, of less quantity more often. Fruits and Vegtables, chicken and fish. small portions 6-8 times a day. But every persons body is different, what works for one might not work as well for another, if you realy want to lose weight you should research some diets and cardio plans online that match what your goals are, then write down everything you eat and count calories to figure out just how much you are actualy eating.(it may suprise you) and also it holds you accountable for what you have eaten lately. Also it helps to get at least 8hrs of sleep and to drink PLENTY of water through out the day. If you can also go to a healthfood store and pick up a quality multi vitamin that will help you also.
