How frequent do I need to practice a week to improve my fitness?

I want to improve my fitness . Now I can run from 2 to 4 kilometer but I want to reach 20 kilometers . CAN SOMEBODY POST A TRAINING PLAN ? I hope training sessions doesn’t exceeds 2 times a week.

    daily you need to practice if you want to improve your fitness and reach your goal. slowly and slowly you will reach your target.you can’t reach there in 1 attempt
