How Do I Lose Fat…?

is there any way to lose fat on my legs and stomach without lifting weights?plz i need to lose weight fast cuz im gaining weight suddenly and my clothes are getting tight. plz dont say to go to a gym or anything.

    Running is really good for your quads. Try a treadmill or an elliptical. And for your stomach, sit–ups, crunches, and Pilates are great. The best would probably be pilates because it has a wide range of different abdominal and core exercises so you can shape every inch of your abs. Hope this helps!
