Google spot reduction and research. You will find that it’s not even possible. You can maintain LBM though which you can do via exercises.

You cannot target a certain spot on your body to reduce fat. Whatever you do for exercise, it will burn the fat in equal percentage all over your body. To answer in a way you like, would be to actually to squats, this will burn fat (allover) AND build muscle in your butt and hamstrings quadriceps which in turn will even burn more fat, but with a great looking butt! 🙂

you should try jane fonda’s original workout from 1982. She has a thigh and leg exercise, while there is a section for the “buttocks” lol it works! it firms up your butt but helps you loose thigh fat 🙂 also, drink looooooooooots of water and cut out fried foods. you could try doing squats too! hope i helped!

There are actually people who like having big butts dummy. I’m 38-28-42 and I absolutely love my body. But everyone is right, there’s no way to lose weigh in just your butt. Do squats in 4 in pumps are you ass will be amazing in no time..
