    you have too eat well. stop eating junk food and wheat products. eat lots of fruit, veggies, and lean protein. you should exercise 3-6 days a week, weight lifting is also good.

    start on a diet, like don’t eat too much bread, it has alot of carbs, no junk food, and go running everyday. I’m trying to lose those same pounds for a while too. Good Luck!

    Do you mean weight gain after a pregnancy?
    If so, it’s diet and exercise. Try to get a personal trainer to teach you some of the fundamentals and make it a habit to use them when you exercise.
    That is truly the best way to get healthy.

    Drink plenty of water and make sure to cut out any high sugar drinks (soda) from your diet. Make aure you eat right, plenty of veggies and exercise daily…walking is always nice. Good luck to you

    strict dieting and excersize will do the trick. consider going to your local gym and finding a personal trainer for a few weeks once you gain some knowledge and get a regular routine that best suits you. go on your own and just keep it up you will be fine.!!!! gym memberships should run about $20 a month and personal trainers can get between $25-50 an hour shop around. Good luck!!!

    normally, exercise has many benefits and uses, and it isn’t just for burning calories. it is great because it makes you feel good by releasing hormones into your bloodstream, it strengthens bone and muscles and etc.

    what will really affect weight gain/loss is what you eat. how much you eat plays a big part (portion sizes and moderation count!), but it is also WHAT you eat. try to eat things as close to their natural state (eg. oranges instead of orange juice). this ensures that you get all the nutrients and goodness…because refined and processed foods get all nutrition stripped out of them, making them useless empty calories.

    making small, manageable lifestyle changes can help weightloss. my brother did these, and he’s losing weight steadily, without much exercise!

    -drink more water and limit fizzy canned drinks (my brother doesn’t even drink soda or pop or anything…its just water and green tea, and those fancy drinks are for special occasions)
    -eat more fruit and veg (4 pieces of fruit a day, 4 servings of veg)
    -drink 1 cup of green tea instead of coffee
    -switch to wholemeal bread instead of white bread (and switching from white rice to brown rice, regular potatoes to sweet potatoes etc)
    -get portion sizes of food in check, and generally eat a little less than usual..after a while you get used to it…
    -dont eat so late at night, as you might not get a chance to burn off the calories

    here are just some small changes you could make so you can live a healthier life! and you can’t lose weight fast. sorry. be patient. you can do it!

    Discipline. Have a proper diet thats more on vegetables, fruits, less fat, less sweets.
    A good cardio exercise in the morning can increase your metabolism upto 24 hours… A raised metabolism burns excess calories/ fats all over your body. Jogging in place or a fast paced walk at least 30 minutes a day is a great way to accomplish this. Its soooo effective. 🙂
