ok well… burning fat takes it from all over your body. and muscle doesn’t burn as many calories sitting around as people say…it’s an obscenely small amount. but if you’re 235lbs of muscle it’s a fair amount then..
certain people say it’s 100 cal per lb of muscle, which i take as a joke… because then some people would need tens of thousands of calories.

do many reps ( 5 to 7 of 10 ) for each part of the body where you want fat to be gone, many reps will build some muscle but will also burn fat, dont do heavy weight, just a lot of reps. Drink lots of water, eat less fat, more protein and run for more than 30 minutes 3 to 4 times a day, the fast will stay as a full moon but the body weight will be less if you do this.
