What made you lose weight fast?

What did you do to lose weight fast?
What was your workout routine?
I need to lose weight and I want to do it fast.
Like intense workouts
But no equiptment besides a treadmill.
And to get a flatter stomach
and tone legs.
Well just fit.

    swim every day! excrise, and try to make it in the swim team. i did that and i lost like 10 lbs every month!

    You should do High Intensity Interval Training for 30 mins. Warm-up on 4.0 speed for six mins, which is a nice walking speed. Run at 6.5 speed for 1 minute starting at the 6 min mark. Then walk on 4.5 speed for two mins. Do this til you reach the 25 min mark and cool down for 5 mins.

    1. Cardio – Run/jog I know it’s a pain in the butt, but you have to do this to lose fat.
    2. Swim – Fun and surprisingly works
    3. Tone – Lift small weights and do more reps for muscle endurance and more weight and less reps for muscle definition.

    I’m a gymnast and work 20 hours a week, but obviously you don’t want that amount of exercise. One of my dear friend’s mother followed these instructions and went from a size 10 to a 4. Try to join a gym and get a personal trainer. They will make you work harder then you thought you ever could. Good Luck! 🙂

    What no one told you is that exercising is 20% of the battle and eating is 80%. Don’t try a trendy “low carb” diet or any other trendy thing. You have to remember that fat makes fat. So the things you have to eliminate from your diet are #1 sugar. No sugar at all- insulin regulation is key to weight loss. Also no butter, mayo, cheese, egg whites or any of those fatty thing even if the Label say it’s low in fat or reduced calories. They lie!

    The other key to weight loss is to eat less then 20% of fat all of time. The weight will fall off. You find out the % of fat by this equation:

    Fat grams x 9 divided by calories x 100 = % of fat

    So at first you will have to break out the Calculator but after a few days, you will know just by looking.

    I suggest you try and find the book “Stop the insanity” by Susan powter. It will change your life.

    As for a work out routine, This is not my specialty sorry!
