What is the best diet pill to lose weight?

I am trying to lose weight, I have changed my eating and exercising habits, but still nothing. I am wanting to try a diet pill, but I want something that is healthy for me. I do not know very much about diet pills. Can anyone help me out?
Ok, maybe I shouldn’t take a weight loss pill, but an appetite suppressant. Would that be better?

Diet pills do help to lose weight quicker in any weight loss program especially in obesity. Look up the ingredients in diet pills so that you understand the advantages as well as the health risk. For example, ingredients that claim to alter your metabolism may affect your heart rate and this may be too risky if you have any kind of heart problem. Be VERY careful with diet pills, if you dont take the right ones, you can end up with some serious problems!

I’ve personally been taking acai berry green tea fusion for the last month (got a free trial), and it works AMAZING. I’ve lost 15lbs already. probably better than anything else i’ve tried. I will definitely be purchasing more when this bottle is done in a week or so.

Try it for yourself, let me know what you think!

I would recommend you talk to your doctor first. If you have changed your eating and exercising habits and your weight is not coming off you may want to have your Thyroid Checked.
I would never recommend anyone take a Diet Pill because they all say with diet and exercise and I am sorry to say there is no magic pill to help get the weight off.

I can feel your pain. I have plateaued many times in my journey to lose 436 pounds. And I have bounced up and down. I am now down over 150 pounds in weight and I did it all through diet, seeing a nutritionist, and walking my dog and on a treadmill. It is not easy but I have never once taken a pill to help me get weight off.

So please see your doctor first. Find out if you have an underlying medical condition that is preventing you from getting those pounds off. He or She may be able to get your Thyroid working again, or suggest a nutritionist to help you reach your goals. But stay away from diet pills.

Hey there. So many people claim their diet pills the best and they work but after you try them they are just a waste of money. I Personally have used 3 different diet pills product without any positive effect =(
Well after long research I found proactol. They work pretty good. I’ve been using them for over a month and lost nearly 6kg. I am planning to puchase my second order. Check their info website http://www.get-proactol.co.cc/ . BTW there is a holiday discount going on so i’d hurry.
    Good luck.

Most diet pills DON’T WORK – they are generally unhealthy or have nothing in them that supports weight loss which makes them worthless! People spend so much money on them and they aren’t even FDA approved!!! The unhealthy ones may actually help you lose weight – but at a high cost – some are very bad for your heart, etc…I have always promoted weightwatchers because it works. It promotes a balanced diet and portion control. I went from 160 to 140 in 2-1/2 months once (had a baby, gained it back) and I just started again about 3 weeks ago – started at 165 and am now 156. It truly works if you truly follow it – I don’t go to meetings – I use the online resources at http://www.weightwatchers.com. Remember, there are no “quick fixes” or magic pills – lose it slowly and healthfully – it’ll be more likely to stay off.

Wouldn’t it be fantastic if we could just take a pill to get rid of the result of all our excesses? It doesn’t happen!

Popping pills is not the answer to weight loss. I’m sure there might be some short term result, but permanent weight loss comes from changing your habits and learning new habits – slim habits…

If you want to lose weight you have to change…

    I hope this was helpful

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
