What are some effective ways to fast or lose unwanted weight naturally?

I’m sixteen and I’m not obese- or even fat for that matter- but my stomach is a tad chubby. I have a normal, balanced diet but I don’t get the chance to exercise as much as I’d like to. So what i’m wondering is if there are some effective( but natural) ways to lose weight or at least tighten my stomach without becoming anemic. I want to be healthy and fit for my age. I’ve been told that fasting is effective-but i don’t know?
