Question about Green Tea drinks?

Now, I just heard something about green tea and weight loss. Does it really make you loose weight? Say if I started drinking the Green Tea drinks they sell at the store, will that help me lose weight? How many ounces of it would I have to drink a day to loose that 30 pounds quickly? I really need to lose 30 pounds and I don’t have the money for diet pills. Thanks!

Green teas is a powerful antioxidant, hence if you excersice and eat healthy, green tea will help you lose weight by cleaning your body.

Drinking green tea on its own without any excersice and healthy eating it wont make you lose weight, but it is a healthy hearbal tea to drink

Depends on the type. A lot of them have high fructose corn syrup in them which will not help you lose weight. Try doing like a green tea bag and adding your own natural sugar or a sweetener like splenda with no calorie value. This will help too because it has a high water content which is good for you. I drink Arizona which is NOT good for you! lol but its yummy! So just look at your labels and see whats in it!! THe key to success!!

What do you really think the tea’s going to do? Dissolve the fat? I’m afraid it doesn’t work like that. The best you can hope for is that the caffeine in the tea will slightly raise your basal metabolic rate and you’ll maybe lose 2 or 3 pounds (assuming you don’t eat more to compensate for the hunger that the BMR increase will bring)

I know it sounds boring, but the truth is that burning fat is a simple matter of math. The more energy you eat, the more energy you have to burn to get rid of it.

30 pounds of fat contains 105,000 calories

Your body burns approximately 2,000 calories a day even if you do no exercise at all.

To lose 30 pounds of body fat in two months…

You should eat 2,000 calories a day (no more) to satisfy your body’s basic requirements

You should also do 3 hours of basic exercise a day (walking will do) every day for two months. Try an hour long walk in the morning, an hour at lunchtime and an hour in the evening. That will burn 1,500 calories of body fat a day.

That will guarantee that you will lose 30 pounds of body fat in two months. However you must make sure you do that every day and that you don’t eat more than 2000 calories a day (the exercising will make you hungrier, so be warned)

Losing this much weight in such a short amount of time is a really stupid thing to do, and I really don’t recommend you trying it. Your health will suffer horribly. You _will_ put the weight back on afterwards unless you monitor what you eat like a hawk for the rest of your life. However, if you’re determined, that’s what you have to do.

There are safe ways of losing weight, but they take time. They certainly don’t involve eating silly gimmicky diet foods or tablets.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace. com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

I was drinking green tea, because it’s so good for you, but then I was loosing weight, so I had to stop. I don’t need to loose weight.

But it also has huge amounts of fluoride in it, so don’t drink too much, otherwise you might fix one problem and create another
