Go to any gym and try using the universal to do pec cross overs ! Do 3 reps of 15 every day

Sorry to tell you but you cannot lose weight from a particular area (without resorting to surgery). Only overall. Your genes determine how & where your body stores fat. Sucks but it is true.
Exercises to tone your pectoral muscles (underneath your moobies – love that word btw) might make them appear a little better but won’t ‘burn fat’ there.
