Hmm, ok well that is a bit strange!

Maybe it’s because if u are constipated or bloated u won’t look slim, so try eating foods that will make u go to the toilet more, this will make ur stomack look much flatter.

If it’s around ur bottom and thighs that u want to look thinner then u need to do excercises, because to look thin u need to have muscle, losing weight alone might jst make u look smaller but not toned.

Try to cycle if u have a bike, if not buy urself some excercise machines or go to the gym once a week and for long walks around the park this will make u look noticably thinner:)

I hope it helps and keep trying:)

Well cheer up I have lost 3 stone 3 pounds and not a single person has noticed or if they have they haven’t said anything .
If you are only a little over weight it is harder to see when you loose the pounds but just remember a stone is probably a whole dress size , well done.

I’d love to lose a stone! – stop being so hard on yourself; remember of course you won’t notice that a big change as your so used to seeing yourself in that mirror day after day..but other people will, especially people you might not have seen in a while. You’ve come this far losing that weight..just imagine someone giving you bags of flour to add up to 14lb…then you’ll realise how heavy that extra weight was, but now it’s
officially gone, so be proud of your achievement girlfriend! and I bet if you continue to lose weight you will begin to see the difference ! 😀

Lucky you and well done – I was 13 st and have also lost 1 st but took me 4 months and now it has stopped. The first 7lb you loose when dieting is fluid so you wont really see it yet but people who haven’t seen me in a while say that I look fantastic. I have been dieting on and off for 29 years since my daughter was born and even when I stuck to a good diet for months I only lost a few pounds and told doctor my thyroid was wrong but was told no, recently during blood tests they found out I did have an under active thyroid and now on thyroxine but also discovered starts of diabetes which I have to control by diet, for the past months I haven’t lost a pound but I will keep trying and as a long term dieter I know quick fix diets don’t work it has to be healthy eating for the rest of my life. You might not feel or look different but imagine a sack of potato’s that weighed 1st?

atm i am 6.8st 3 days ago i was 7.5st, nothing has changed in my eating, i still eat 2300 calories a day, 500 over my recommended daily allowance, and my friends have said i do look a bit thinnner, i dont know how i lost it, but i only lost 7lb so if you have lost 1st you should look thinner, but peoples bodies react differently to these things, you might have lost it in a place that isn’t really noticeable. x
