I am 15 years old to and weigh 135 to i know it has to do with the whole fact that i eat unhealthy?

i want to loose weight.HOW??i have started running/jogging before school 2 days a week for 20 min
i used to do cardio and yes i did start seeing the differance but it broke.so now i am flabby.it broke about 3 months ago.I NEED HELP.what are some good ways of loosing weight quickly and over the long run??im starting to feel intimidated by my size and I DONT WANT TO.will the running make a difference for me to not worry?

    you shouldn’t start running right away, you will stress your body out. Try walking for a couple weeks and gradually start jogging. All so breakfast is the most important meal of the day. http://www.womenshealth.com has a study that shows women who eat eggs in the morning tend to have more energy and eat less at every meal.     running, sit-ups,push-up etc. you need to know which part you dose want to lose, and do the corresponding sports.
    And if you can swim, then it will be the best method to lose weight for it is very healthful in that almost every muscle in the body is being exercised. of course, if you cannot swim , I suggest you to go back to run.
    And the most important is keep going, whatever, you know, there’s no such thing as a free lunch, you must stick to exercise if you really want to lose your weight.

    PS: the diet is also important, eat more vegetables and less stodge
