    1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.

    2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.

    3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.

    4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.

You can go to the link bellow to get your BMI.
As for loosing it. Walk everyday once in the am and after dinner at night. Maybe include the rest of you family. Maybe get out more and play out side take up a sport. Dieting at your age is not good. Lifestyle changes is.Cut down on the soda and the processed foods eat more vegetables. Focus on proteins (meat and fish) and dairy. The key is how you live not dieting.

just eat healthy lots of protein and RUN thats all 20 min cardio everyday do more if you want the more you do tho the more u gotta eat more by eating more i mean more healthy stuff stuff that have barley any fat and run also do some weight trainning speeds up your mentabolism dont eat anything past 8 or 5 hours before going to bed you can eat something light but not like rice and steak like a meal becaus your mentabolism slows down late and you wont do anything past that time so every calorie you take in your body uses it during the day and the calories left over when you go to bed will be stored as a fat so you dont want that

you should weigh about 123 to 130 pound for your height, so you are clinically obese. The ONLY way to lose weight so it stays off is gradually (you didn’t gain all that weight overnight, you won’t lose it overnight) by eating less than 1800 calories a day of a balanced diet and getting out and exercising for an hour every single day. A very good exercise for your age is simply walking. Walk for thirty minutes away from your home and then thirty minutes back, the faster you walk, the more calories you burn, but build that up over time. Set your goal at 35 pounds to lose and you can do it by Christmas if you are faithful to your regimen. DO NOT eat any kind of junk food, stay away from soda pop, even diet soda, drink only water or for a change crystal light. Get a list of foods off of google and their calorie levels and keep your calories under 1800 in any given day, do not eat for at least four hours prior to bed and do your daily exercise…. even find a buddy that wants to do the same with you, support always helps, but be patient, and learn how to live a healthy life style. It’s the trash foods and lack of exercise that has gotten you where you are, so obviously that doesn’t work, ever. Good luck to youl

Don’t listen to these pro-anorexics telling you how to lose weight dramatically.
The most important thing, especially at your age, is to remain healthy. Of course, try to make sure you keep a healthy balanced diet, exercise frequently.
When I say exercise, I don’t mean to push yourself too hard. A 30 minute power walk 3-4 times a week is good. Try to do 1/2 hour to an hour of swimming a week, as swimming is very good for you.
When I say eat healthily, I mean to make sure you’re getting all your vitamins, proteins, everything. Make sure you have your three staple meals. Some good, healthy, weight loss tips which are easy, good for you, and will keep the weight off as well, are to 1) drink a lot of water, especially after a meal. 2) don’t eat after about half 7 at night, as this is where your metabolism starts to slow down. 3) Obviously, try to limit the amount of sugars and bad fats you eat (in things like chocolate and cakes), but allow yourself a treat every now and then! A bar of chocolate once of twice a week will do absolutely nothing except treat you 🙂

Don’t think about weight too much, especially at a young age!

The best way to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight is through changing your eating habits and exercising regularly.

    1. Choose whole grains.

    2. Drink plenty of water.

    3. Choose lean meats and fish.

    4. Know the portion sizes for your calorie target.

    5. Limit fats to an average of 15 grams per meal.

    6. Choose fresh fruits and vegetables whenever possible.

    7. Work out for no less that 45 minutes, 4-5 days a week.

    8. Select foods with less than 3 grams of fat per 100 calories.

    9. Choose pretzels, baked chips, fat-free popcorn instead of fries and chips.

    10. Avoid foods with partially hydrogenated oils, trans-fats and high-fructose corn syrup.

    11. Choose cereal, bread, crackers or chips that contain 2 or more grams of fiber per 100 calories.

    12. Choose fat-free or low-fat variety of foods especially when it comes to dairy products (milk, cheese, and yogurt).
