    The best exercise to tone your stomach would be abdominal crunches or the hover. For your chest if you lie on your back with a couple of hand weights or a bar, hold your arms straight up then slowly lower your weight to just above your heart line. Your elbows should move out towards the side in line with the weights. Do a few repetitions of this and vary the speed in which you lift/lower the weights. Do a set at one count then at a two count then a four count. It sounds simple but it really works. A great class to take for toning all the major muscle groups is “Body Pump”.
