How to lose weight in one month?
I have one month to lose weight, what should I be doing? I’m in my mid-teens, and there is percisely one month before school starts and I’d like to lose some weight. I have a gym membership at my disposal, so I’d like to make use of it. What can I do to lose weight during this month?
Also, can I do anything to target my hip and thigh areas?

Go for a Run everyday in the mornings or afternoons or if your really lazy buy a treadmill and run for about an hour, to make things even faster get a personal trainer sign up to the gym

resistence training or weight lifting cardio and a good diet….there is no other way….dont listen to these fools…cleansing your body….pfffff….your not losing fat….once you start what i told you to do the first two weeks you may lose up to 10 lbs thats mainly excess water…keep it up and youll start firming up….you need to be in the rigth state of mind to do this…..otherwise youll quit with all the other ones

You have to burn 3,500 calories more than you eat to lose one pound. How you do this is entirely up to you. Losing weight happens all over- there is no way to target specific areas, however you can tone up areas by doing weight training exercises. Bicep curls for biceps, leg extensions for hamstrings, etc.

RUNNING. i run about 4 miles every night. and stretch a little before and after you run. also, squats to target the thigh areas and crunches/sit ups. also go planks which is when you get into a push up position and just hold it there. but keep your butt down. if thats too easy for you, go on your elbows. it sounds rather simple but trust me, it hurts. Hold it for as long as you can.
Also, go to the gym!!! Run the track there and it doesn’t matter how much weight you life, go slow and steady. Try to get to the gym everyyyy day.
Get plenty of sleep and WATCH WHAT YOU EAT! I personally LOVE watermellon and other fruits. Try to eat that, and who knows? you might like it better!
