How to lose belly fat without losing breasts?

After years of being slightly underweight, I’ve finally put on 20 lbs. Unfortunately, I earned the extra weight through a steady collegiate diet of beer and pizza. I’ve never had breasts before (they’re now a B) but I love them, as well as my new hips.

It’s just that I can’t STAND my “beer belly”. I’ve cut down dramatically on drinking and fast food, but I think I’ll need more than just a diet change to get rid of the belly fat.

I’ve heard that spot training doesn’t really work, but does anyone know if there is some way to lose belly fat without losing my new curves?

    unfortunately, fat distribution is automatically done by the body.. there isn’t a way to keep good fat (breasts) and lose the bad fat (stomach). but, what i’d offer up is this. love who you are… no matter what shape your breasts are or your new curves… be fit. exercise and keep a good attitude towards whatever you have going in your life…

    This is the greatest workout I have ever come across.
    It is hard at first but it puts everything back where it belongs beautifully.

    I hear you. I went from a super lean 101.5 with 8% body fat, tri-athlete to wanting the extra 10 lbs. I just couldn’t stand the belly either, but then I forgot. The belly is the worst muscles ever. Even when I trained I had to hold it in all day to look 13 pack abs. So I went back to that and let me tell you, I have breast and a rear end and no belly. Hold it in especially standing up. You can do all the sit ups and crunches you want, but hold that in when you are standing will do you so much better.

    When you loose your belly fat you will also loose the fat you gained in your boobs. It’s just a know fact. If the extra weight does not look bad on you I would go to the gym and work with a trainer. They know how to firm up your belly without loosing weight and your boobs should be ok. The exercise will probably help them too. Go for it.

    How To Get Rid Of Stomach Fat In 7 Easy Steps

    Follow these easy steps to a slimmer tummy (and you) in weeks!

    Work out your metabolism type. To do this, answer the following questions:

    – How do you feel after eating a large meal? Tired, hungry, what?
    – What foods do you crave?
    – How do you gain weight?
    – Do you eat breakfast?
    – Are you hungry all the time?

    You are a Type 1 if:

    * You feel hungry after eating, normally just 10 minutes later
    * You crave salty or fatty foods between meals
    * You gain weight easily, no matter what you eat
    * You eat breakfast
    * You are hungry constantly

    You are a Type 2 if:

    * You feel tired and heavy after a large meal
    * You crave sweets between meals
    * You gain weight when you eat too many fats or sweets
    * You don’t eat breakfast
    * You are not hungry after eating

    The difference between the types is simple. Type 1 burns fat quicker than a Type 2, making it slightly easier for a Type 1 to lose weight than a Type 2, but only just J.

    Be aware of your metabolism type when you are eating and look for obvious things that “help” you to gain weight, ie Type 1, cut out fatty, salty foods and Type 2 cut out on your sweet foods. If you can’t “cut” these out, reduce your intake. Whatever you do, make a start.

    Type 1 – eat more good proteins and good fats and Type 2 eat more complex carbohydrates. This means that as a Type 1, you should avoid eating too much complex carbs and as a Type 2, you should avoid eating too much protein and fat
