how to loose weight relatively quickly and tone in 3 months?

going on vacation to DR in june and i need to be bathing suit ready. in the last year i put on alot of weight from quitting smoking and having my gallbladder removed. The bathing suits i have are $150 each custom made crochet monokinis that i bought when i was smaller. i need to be ready to wear these for vacation. im willing to try just about anything. looking to loose between 25-35lb and it is very possible. plus i need something that is not crazy time consuming because i am a fulltime student taking 22credits and have a part time job. please help!
BTW running is not an option and im a vegitarian so please dont suggest i eat lean chicken or something. thanks in advance.

    I’d recommend the Insanity workout DVDs because its already set up for you. It really does work, but only if you commit to it. Its not time consuming, roughly 35-40 minutes per day, which is a lot better than having someone set up a two hour workout plan and a diet plan where you’re stuck eating celery and tofu.

    If you really look, I’m sure you can find it all for free online, including the workout calender (which you will need).

    If you want to loose weight you have to go on a diet and excercise routine. I suggest a lot of running if you can spend 30-40 mins a day 5 days a week on running it should help, you need to stay at your target heart for about 20 mins before you start burning fat. also whenever your not really doing anything important do situps and push ups for about a minute to two each, in order to burn fat faster you need to build muscle. And on what you eat make sure you eat about 1100-1200 a day of healthy food no junk food and drink a lot of water.. if you drink nothing but water you loose about 3-5 lbs depending on how much sugary drinks you drank before. hope this helps
