How many calories do I need to eat to lose weight?

I have been doing weight watchers and I have already lost 11 pounds, but I heard something the other day about counting calories instead of points to lose faster. I was wondering how many calories I need to eat for this to happen. I’m 176 pounds right now. Thanks!

    Eat About 1200 (Min) – 2000 (Max) <-- Calories! Also, try watching the fat that you eat. And the sugar from: cakes,muffins,candy that kinda sugar. But try eating more natrual sugar such as: Apples,Oranges,Mango Stuff like that! Exercise About 3-7 Times A week! If you exercise about 4 or 5 times a week it will give you nice results. Try exercising for at least 30 mins! 4-5 times a week or more! If you can try exercising for 45mins-1 hour! 4-5 times a week!
