How do I lose weight fast! 15 pounds in a month?

I am 12 years old and I weigh 125 ibs when my 14 year old brother weighs 135 ibs!!! I just want to lose 10-20 pounds fast! Any help
My height is 4.11 right now!

    125? Don’t worry about it. Soon, like everyone else, you’ll be getting taller and stretching! you’ll be fine! It’s normal for teens to have a bit of weight but it all goes away as your body grows. Plus, it’s not what’s on the outside that counts. It’s who you are on the inside. Keep your head up and remember, losing 15 pounds in a month at any age is not healthy 🙂

    i shouldnt talk cause i gained 10lbs in the past month from being lazy… lol. but before i was 5’3 and 112-115lbs. and im 14.

    try to eat 3 small meals a day, with a snack no more then 100 calories inbetween and for the last snack no more then 50. it keeps your metabolism going all day.
    exercise in the morning before you eat to burn stored fat into energy.
    lay off soda and sweets! a diet soda once or twice a week at most!
    -look up the exercises online if you havent heard of them
    arms:
    15-20 pushups
    and lots of dumbell exercises! i recommend 5lb dumbells to help tone and not gain loads of muscle.

    stomach:
    crunches
    side crunches
    bicycle crunches
    and accordian crunches
    do about 20-30 of each everyday

    legs:
    calf raises
    squats
    lunges
    leg raises
    and wall sitting

    and to burn fat
    jump roping
    running
    walking
    swimming
    riding your bike
    stuff like that =]

    once you lose the weight you can cut down on working out and check your BMR to see how many calories you need to eat to keep your weight.

    but what I do to stay skinny is
    1. I am a figure skater
    2. stretch stretching is good
    3. eat a apple or bannana or a peach for breakfast
    4. eat a power bar for lunch or most of the time I eat a sandwich
    5. I eat a small dinner
    6. I do a lot of running nonstop 15 minutes at half speed and 7 minutes at full speed
    7. I don’t snack if I get hungry after practice or exercising then I eat ice
