how can people burn 2 pounds of fat a week?
I have read that the maximum safe fatloss rate is 2lbs and that anything after that will probably be muscle tissue and water. My question is how can people actually burn that much fat a week. It seems almost impossible in my opinion. you would have to burn 1000 calories every single day. That is equivalent to jogging 10 miles or walking 20 miles. Are there people who actually lose this much in a week?

yes… if ur focused. and u burn more than 1000 calories a day…
