How can I stay motivated to lose weight on a college campus?
I need more willpower to stay away from the sweets, and pizza in the cafe. It gets hard expecially when there are limited choices. I would like to just eat salads for dinner, but when I see that pizza, and cookies my eyes get big, but I really want to lose the weight. Since Nov. 06, I lost about 40 pounds, but over spring break I gained about 5 in one week. What are some tips on staying on track??

always have a healthy snack with you… and allow yourself to splurge maybe once or twice a week so your not deprived
