How to lose weight will being motivated?

Im 132 pounds and ill look about myself and be descusted. How can i lose 15 pounds before summer and start too feel good about myself. And how can i motivate myself to lose weight?

    I recommend doing it with a friend. It’s a lot easier to be motivated when you have someone working out with you. Also, pick out a song so when you listen to it you can get motivated. Another thing you can do is buy an outfit that is the size that you want to be and try it on whenever you feel like you need to be motivated.

    Start running once a day, usually around 2 to 3 miles. It really helps. Running with a friend consistently is a good way to be motivated.

    To get me motivated, I joined an online community called Team Beachbody. I became a coach and now I am helping others get in the best shape of their lives! It’s so motivating to me! I had to find a workout program that I found FUN so that I wouldn’t dread working out. One that I LOVE is called Turbo Jam. You can find this program & other information about team beachbody here:

    Set a goal that is in your mind every single day, I.E a dress or something like that, that should make you want to keep on your goal and leave all of this behind.

    I’d recommend you go Running or Jumping the Rope.
