How can I make my waist smaller without losing weight off other parts of my body?
I do have quite good muscle tone in my waist but I want to do exercises that will make my waist as small as possible without losing weight on other areas – as I will look skinny if I lose weight on other parts. Any suggestions?

It’s impossible to spot reduce, unfortunately. If you want to lose belly bulge, just stick with cardio and strength training. You body will still look good, even if you lose weight in other areas.
