How can I lose weight from my upper boy fast and cheap?
Im a 14 year old male and Im 5’10 weighing 192 pounds.I work out 4 times a week lifting weights.I play sports with aot of running incorpurated into them.My problem is just losing the fat from my stomach and from my chest if you know what would help me lose this weight to have my ideal body please type what you know what will help. Thanks
my diet consist of protein,carbs,dairy and vegs.

I got myself a punching bag and pounded away at it. Its a great way to stay in shape and loose weight.

Even though your sports may have a lot of running in them, you need to get your heart rate up for 20 min. at least and hour would be better.
