How can I lose weight but mantain energy?

I am already very active. But I need to lose weight to improve my running. I have an important race in the next month, so that would be the ideal time frame.

    Vitamins are key to energy, if you body does not have what it needs to keep running properly it will make you feel sick, tired, and lazy. Take a multi vitamin but also try and get a balanced diet with lots of dark leafy veggies and bright colored fruit.

    Eat alot during everyday. Eat only foods that are good for you though, the more you eat the more energy you will have and also the more you eat the faster your matabolism will be and that will cause you to loose weight fast in just weeks by a month you will have lost the weight that you need to. Eat things like apples because of the natural sugars. Good luck it worked for me. The special K diet is a diet like the one I am discribing so if you go to the store and read the back of the box you will get a full description! Good luck
