How do i lose weight during xc season?

I need to lose about 10 pounds, but I also dont want to cut out too much food so that I dont have energy for running. What would be a good way to lose the weight and still be able to perform at my best?

    The only thing I see is if you don’t eat really bad foods and you maintain the running you do in XC you should lose the weight quickly.
