How can i gain muscle, lose fat, and mantain my weight?

Im 5′ 7 158lbs and im 12% body fat… I have some muscle I do workout with weights and do pull ups but I do have some fat on me that I want to lose and gain some muscle but I want to maintain where im at, I want to be small and with muscle and under 160. Is this possible having a controlled diet of 2000 calories a day. Thanx

    Yup. It sure is! Try these exercises:
    1a. Renegade Dumbbell Rows
    1b. Front Squats with Barbell
    1c. Mountain Climbers on Floor

    You can gain weight or lose it.

    So you bulk up to a little over your desired muscle mass, then tone down to your desired fat percentage. You’ll have a damn of a time trying to do both at once.

    Basically, muscle weighs alot more that fat. Because you are doing weights, you need to be able to have a healthy, balanced diet too. Eating healthy as well as having regular fitness sessions will help you. Remember, dont over do it with weights.

    muscle does weigh more than fat, but it also burns more calories than not having it. If your im is 12%, that’s an excellent indicator to go by rather than your actual weight. A little fat is not a bad thing but if you really need to lose just keep on doing what you are doing. Slow and steady wins the race.

    well definatley low fat and low sugar diet will help u to lose the fat aswell as intense cardio and weight sessions. make a habit it of it and you’ll maintain your weight.
