How can i lose some stomach fat to show abs?

I have a nice set of abs under about 2 cm of stomach fat. Also I would like to lose my side fat( ” love handles”). What is the best way to do this without interrupting my weight training program. Would running work?

    oh the love handles we never like those lol. Just do some exercises that taget that area

    Eating only when your hungry and becoming physically active would help a lot. Also, don’t TRY to diet. I think it only makes you want to eat more. So, instead of reaching for that candy bar when your hungry, try eating something healthier. For example:
