How can i loose 10 – 20 pounds in a month ?

i have some access weight i want to loose,
you can really notice it, but its there.
i want to loose it quickly,
whats a simple workout guide i can use ?
i realize its not that realistic.
im talking basically 10,
my goal is 20 by new years
i mean by march break sorry not new years

    That’s way too much weight to lose in a month. The only way you could do that is by not eating anything at all, which will break down your body in many ways you don’t want it to break down. A realistic weight loss is no more than 2 pounds a WEEK. That’s only 8 pounds a month, not 20.

    Note: if you starve yourself for a month, you’ll end up gaining all that weight back and more when you stop.

    And BTW: Its EXCESS not access, and LOSE not loose.

    well i wrestle and we usually loose twenty in around a week, the safe way is to minimize your apatite, by eating smaller portions then you have to work it off not to hard but at least loose the extra fat if the person has any,

    cardio for an hour every morning, drink LOADS of water throughout day, eat really little all low fat and really healthy, alot of protein, very little carbohydrates, lots of fruit and veg…do weight training…
