How can i easily loose weight?
I am a teenager and i am trying to loose a lot of weight over summer quickly and easily. Im not really one to go to a gym and exercise often but i do have a membership. Are there any small easy things i can do that will give me big results quickly and naturally?

cut down calories to 1,200 and do cardio..also be sure to drink tons of water.

Skating is good too
