Does anyone have tips on how to loose weight quickly?

I know, I know – you’ve heard it all before. “Young girl wants to ditch 20 pounds for an upcoming event as quickly as possible”. *Sigh* I know I’m being a tad ridiculous… nevertheless I would really appreciate it if people could refrain from telling me how stupid I am.

I’m looking for advice such as effective fat burning exercises, foods to suppress my hunger, healthy easy to prepare receipes etc. I would especially love to hear from people who have had successful weightloss experiences.

Also I’m trying to save money at the moment, so I’m not really interested in dieting companies or liquid shakes… UNLESS of course they really worth the money. As you can tell, I’m a little sceptical.

    Drop pounds quickly and safely, find a local indoor heated pool and start swimming. You will lose pounds fast.

    drink water because most of the time you feel your hungry but your actually not .

    You can do some aerobic exercises since your saving money. This exercises can e done in you home. So wouldn’t spent some money in exercising. Also you can eat meals with very common ingredients. Hope this will help you loose weight.

    Diets and exercise are great for losing weight but it won’t be quickly. To lose 20 pounds fast…. just amputate a leg or something.
