Loosing weight please help?
I cant afford to loose any weight I’m skinny enough as it is. How can I gain weight quickly? Most of my family said build muscle but I need fat to do that. and what are some ways to improve the appearance of my vascularity?

You don’t need fat to build muscle.
Eat plenty of carbohydrates like oats or sweet potatoes and protein like fish or chicken.
Do some weights. Go to your nearest gym and ask advice on working out.
The more fat your body holds the less vascular and less defined you will be. Some people are naturally more defined than others so don’t go crazy trying.
For lots of energy at the gym eat honey during workout.
