If I eat a couple small bites of food everyday and take diet pills will i lose weight fast?

after having my baby in may i’ve become obsessed about losing weight i’ve always had a weight problem so now i just want to lose more. I’ve started taking diet pills and I’m never hungry so i just eat little bites here and there of healthy food when i take my diet pills. Will i lose weight pretty quick this way?? Also I’m pretty active because of the baby.
I wasn’t able to breast feed so my baby is on formula, I’m sorry i really should have included that.

Jesus. What you’ll do is make yourself ill. Are you breast feeding still? I hope not, as God knows what diet pills in the milk would do!

Eating on the run is not good. Make yourself and your partner, if he’s around, proper sit-down meals, well balanced ones. Again, if he is still around, get him to take the baby and try joining a gym or going to exercise classes. If he isn’t, take your daughter for long walks in her buggy. A more balanced approach will see you succeed in the long run.

To be honest, this is a terrible way to lose weight. Diet pills can be dangerous, and you really need to consider your health now that you have a baby. As soon as you’ve lost the weight (which will be a dull process that will leave you feeling like cr*p) and you decide to eat normally, you will put the weight back on immediately (it’s been proven that this happens when someone goes on a fad diet) so there’s really no point in trying this. Eat healthily, keep on being active and you’ll get the weight off slowly, but in a better way
    Hope it helps 🙂

Eating small amounts is never healthy. Eat a big breakfast, smaller lunch and even smaller dinner with a few snacks in between. The food will give you the energy you need to take care of an infant and it will kick your metabolism in the butt.
Think of the baby too. If you are getting yourself into bad habits, you could pass them on to the kid. You dont want the baby to have the same problems, do you?
Try to follow the nutrition pyramid. Eat a lot of wheats with loads of dairy and plenty of fruits and veggies. The antioxidants in the fruits and veggies will keep your skin and hair looking healthy and youthful. Tomatoes, broccoli and grapes are full of antioxidants.
Trust me, I was fatter than the moon and I started working out and eating right. So far, I havent lost much weight (its been about two weeks), but my friends and co workers tell me that I have a glow about me. I feel healthier too. I can stand up straight and proud of myself. I work at a fast food restaurant, it is not easy for me to eat right, but I try and thats what matters to me.

Good luck with your baby and with your weight loss.

No. Eating a small amount of food will make it /harder/ for you to lose the weight. when you starve your body it clings to fat and calories in order to protect itself.

Try eating healthy, and have six SMALL meals a day, rather than three. this keeps your metabolism moving all day. Make sure you eat breakfast. It’s the most important meal because it jump starts your metabolism, helps you wake up, and is crucial to your health. Try not to eat for about two hours before bed. Eating and them going to sleep to soon after wards is bad, because your body shuts down for the night. You aren’t able to digest the food as easily, and you aren’t burning any of the calories you’re in-taking.

Also make sure that you get enough sleep each night. I understand that it’s hard with a new baby, but your body heals and recuperates during the night. Getting enough sleep with help with the dieting as well as your over-all health.

    Hope I helped. =)

What you’re doing is totally unhealthy. If you’re nursing it’s also unhealthy form your baby. Consult your doctor.

Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day
Fruits and vegetables are packed with beneficial fibers, vitamins and antioxidants. They fill up your stomach fast so you feel full earlier. They are also low in calories and helps to keep your calorie count low.

Graze on healthy snacks. Just because you’re getting healthy doesn’t mean you can’t snack. In fact, eating small meals and snacks throughout the day, or grazing, has been shown to aid weight loss, (compared to eating three large meals a day), by keeping metabolism steadier. Pick snacks that are low in calories and fat and high in fiber (dried apricots, nuts, rice cakes, fruits, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, and so on). Vegetables are generally very low in calories, very high in fiber, and full of flavor and nutrition. Avoid starchy vegetables like potatoes, and try to eat vegetables plain, without fatty dressings or dips. Fruit also makes a good snack. Fruit contains more soluble fiber than vegetables, which slows your body’s absorption of carbohydrates, thus releasing energy more slowly, (preventing sugar highs), and keeping you feeling full longer. Fruit juices are not a replacement for the real thing. You need that fiber, and juices often have more calories than the equivalent serving of fruit — as many calories as soda! Be careful with dried fruits, because without the water, you tend to eat more, and fruits, when dried, are calorie-rich per ounce. With any dry or dried food, be sure to drink plenty of water.

what exactly are your little bites. If the little bites that you are taking is unhealthy, it will not help either.

eating bites throughout the day is pretty good cos it will help you to increase the metabolism rate and thereby, helping you to drop pounds.
